Our strategy and business development side brings a strong operational and leadership perspective, supplier engagement, preorder management, and keeping the moving parts of a distribution business connected and on track. Our finance and operations side brings deep finance and accounting experience, AR/AP, reconciliation, and tax, where accuracy isn't a nice-to-have, it's the whole job.

Different sides of the same business. Different strengths. But a shared belief: if someone trusts you with an important part of their business, you should treat that responsibility as your own.

That belief became more important to us than simply creating another company. It became the standard we wanted to build around.

Dr. Gayathri Nagarajan

Founder & Director | Strategy & Business Development

Gayathri brings together strategy, people, and operations to help businesses build the capacity to grow.

With a Ph.D. and Postdoctoral Fellowship in human behaviour, she brings a strong understanding of people and organisational dynamics, backed by hands-on experience working with US-based businesses across supplier relationships, workflows, systems, and business operations.

At ForgeArch, she focuses on strategy, business development, and building the operational frameworks that turn growth into scalable execution.

Ms. Shanmuga Priya N

Founder & Director | Finance & Operations

Priya brings extensive experience across finance, accounting, taxation, and U.S. business operations, with hands-on expertise in AP/AR, reconciliation, procurement, taxation, and operational processes.

With an MBA and an MSc in International Finance from the University of Chester, UK, she combines financial expertise with a practical understanding of business operations.

At ForgeArch, she leads Finance & Operations, bringing the structure, accuracy, accountability, and financial discipline that keep businesses moving forward.
